When I saw this photograph of Venice, I knew it would make the perfect inspiration for a yarn color palette. The pastel shades of the building painted in the warm glow of sunset with the aqua waters of the canal as a stunning contrast took my breath away. I settled on a blush pink, coral, soft yellow, and a few neutral shades to highlight the Venetian buildings, with an aqua blue and teal for the canal waters. These colors would make gorgeous crochet and knit projects, anything from colorful afghans to stunning colorwork tapestries. The options are endless. How would you use these colors?
